MICHAEL ELVIS ESPINOSA, 3, of KEANSBURG, passed away Wednesday, May 28, at home, surrounded by his family. He was born in Red Bank and lived in Keansburg. Michael loved music, Sesame Street, walking and the outdoors.
Laura Elizabeth Shelton, of Pilesgrove, passed away Tuesday evening, March 6, 2007 at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, surrounded by her family. Lu loved music and especially enjoyed playing the keyboard. She was adroit with crafts and cooking, and she loved to read. She was a huge fan of the Harry Potter books & films. Additionally, Laura was a member of the Harrison Township Girl Scouts, and she had worked her way up through the ranks throughout her many years as a girl scout. Laura was survived by many family & friends and her beloved cat, Scooby.
Joseph was just 13 when he became an ECF kid. He came to us after his ALL relapsed and he was receiving high doses of chemotherapy. During his time as an ECF kid, he was able to attend school on and off as he felt better. Unfortunately, after his 3rd relapse, both Joseph and his family decided that they did not want any further chemotherapy treatments as the side effects of the treatments were difficult to endure. Joseph passed away in May 2007. |
