Seven-year old Jaeden was diagnosed with a brain tumor when he was just three. Four years later, after surgery, radiation, feeding tubes, and long hospitalizations, he is now in remission. Because of the brain tumor, he needed corrective surgery on his eyes, and now he is so pleased that he doesn't need to wear his glasses.

ECF continues to support families through all phases, including those whose children are in remission. Often our services are most needed as the family begins to return to life before the diagnosis.

Jaeden’s mom tells his Caseworker, Allison, how excited he gets when he knows she is going to visit. She looks forward to Allison's visits, too.

We are just in love with Jaeden's smile! Especially after he just received some birthday gifts from ECF!
